If you have visited Florida before you may already know the area. Therefore, you’ll appreciate all the effort we have put into each and every aspect of our Floridian home – from a games room to a luxury pool area including spa and extended deck for all day sun.

For all you Florida 'virgins' who have never been before and are planning a once in a lifetime opportunity – this is your one and only villa to choose. Whether you are travelling as adults or with children, you will truly appreciate the extras we have in our home.

For those of you with children

.....We are offering free use of a travel cot with Disney themed bedding, highchair, use of stroller, safety fencing around the pool and even a monitor system for when you have put your little ones down for an afternoon sleep, when you just want to crash out by the pool.

For those of you with older children

.....The games room is a must, offering Pool, Air Hockey & Table Tennis.Thereb are also board games and DVD’s for them to choose from. There is a play area and tennis courts on the estate and we have tennis rackets for your use. Let the children stay in the Disney themed room and they will think they are in heaven!

For those of you without children

.....We offer the rental of a truly luxurious villa, with every extra that you can imagine. A formal dining area, luxury romantic jacuzzi spa and quiet peaceful surroundings. Plus, top class furniture and decor to satisfy all your needs.

Whether you are in Florida to see the Mouse, or to lay by the pool, or for golf - the possibilities are endless.

We chose the plot so that the rear of the villa faces east and because of the shape of the villa and the extended decking, the pool area will receive all day sun (and in the evening too during the summer months). The deck offers ample space for lounging and sunbathing for as long as you want, (please note that the Florida sun can be very strong and we recommend that hats and sun creams are used by all). The pool and decking areas are covered by a very fine mesh netting which allows the sun and warmth to come through, but prevents bugs and unwanted pests from gaining access. The covered lanai offers a shaded area and somewhere cool to eat.

We spent a year and two visits to the area deciding exactly where to buy. From experience, we knew not to be too far from the attractions but also knew that the hustle and bustle of staying on International Drive was just far too much for us, so we chose Orange Tree, a friendly community, which is just a 10 minute drive from all the major attractions, a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and a 20 minute drive from Kissimmee.

Orange Tree is a quiet luxury estate within throwing distance of all that you need. We knew that when we visited we would want a spa, for family enjoyment during the day, or for relaxing in with a cool drink in the evening, after a long day of taking it all in. We also knew how important two master bedrooms would be as we understand that lots of families travel in groups and our villa offers accommodation for 10 people as it also has a sofa bed in the lounge.

From horse riding to swimming with dolphins you will never be short of things to do. Orlando is recognized to be the home of the most famous attractions in the world – Walt Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens & Universal offer spectacular theme parks between them, but there is a huge amount of other things available for you to do:

Orlando is home to a number of major shopping malls, from themed shopping boutiques to outlet malls and everything in between. This makes Orlando a dream for any shopaholic. We have made a list of some of the best hotspots:

If you are feeling like you just want to chill out, you can always eat at the villa. The Floridian weather gives you the opportunity to eat outside all year round, or if you are feeling lazy, order in a take away to be delivered to the door!

Nightlife Orlando style - as busy, sophisticated or laid back as you want. Bars are numerous, with Downtown Disney Pleasure Island being very poplular to visitors.

Florida is a golfer's paradise. Wherever you stay, you are within minutes of a course. With no fewer than 33 golf courses open to the public, it truly is paradise. Your main decision will be which course to play, and on which day!
